SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates.

The moment you complete your purchase, your order will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

  • Home Delivery – Delivery charge is AED 25, or free delivery on orders above AED 250. Delivered within 1-2 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Upon receipt of damaged, defective, or not as ordered items, please contact our Customer Service team immediately, and the replacement will be sent out to you.

​

In cases where a replacement is not available, the refunded amount will be used as a store credit for future orders.

​

In the event of an OOPS purchase, we cannot accept a return.
